When Chris Sands began his career in financial services, he knew that he wanted to give back to the profession that gave him his confidence in life - dentistry.  Starting a career in the finance industry during the 2008 economic recession, he knew that in order to make an impact he would need to educate himself so he could provide more than just financial advice but strategic business and life advice to a clientele who needed that financial education the most.

From early on in his career, Chris has hosted financial literacy presentations at dental schools across the country. His lectures gave him a unique exposure to the educational process of dental schools and student residency. This is where he first noticed an incredible void in education and the business acumen needed for these future white coat business owners.

In order to gain this specialized knowledge for himself, Chris began networking with everyone he could make contact with and meet in the dental marketplace. This includes some of the industry's finest practice management consultants, practice brokers, lenders, equipment & supply reps, dental CPA’s, accountants, attorneys, realtors, software specialists, staffing professionals, and so on. If they influenced dentists, he learned their business. In doing so, Chris became the “go to guy” making the best use of the resources available to the market.

Learning the inner workings of a dental practice was the next natural progression in this unique specialty. Chris began to spend one day each week not only working as a dental practice consultant, but actually working in a dental practice. The knowledge gained during this valuable time could only come from the first-hand experience of witnessing and living the day-to-day operations of a dental office. From scheduling to business tracking, patient interactions to marketing, Chris equipped himself to provide
full-service financial consulting that joined both business and personal finances for doctors.

Chris brings the knowledge, experience, and passion necessary to change lives in the white coat industries.  Everyone has a story, and Chris wants to be a part of writing the joyful future.

Chad Armstrong

Chad Armstrong came to Provider Planning after a 15-year career as an infantryman in the Georgia Army National Guard, including deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. From a young age, Chad saw firsthand the importance of business planning after the 2008 recession disrupted his father’s family business. Today Chad aspires to help his family reach financial freedom. He looks forward to helping other people become financially free and taking control of their financial lives. 


In addition to serving dental professionals with Provider Planning, Chad continues to serve our nation’s veterans to get their financial affairs in order once retiring from active duty and applying for retirement or VA benefits through his consulting firm
ACE Veteran Life Coaching.


Chad has gained valuable knowledge of the dental industry through his time hosting lunch-n-learns at dental schools, as well as from his wife Mary Armstrong, who is a CPA at
Pro-Fi 20/20 Dental CPAs. Mary is a huge influencer in his life and one who encouraged him to venture into a career in financial consulting. They met through their kickboxing gym and were married on Valentine’s Day in 2018. 


In his spare time, Chad loves traveling to sporting events with Mary, hiking, riding four-wheelers and staying fit by working out together.

Beth Keith - Client Relationship Manager

Beth Keith has worked in financial services for over 20 years, specifically working in the transportation, insurance and dental consulting industries. She has served in a variety of roles that are client-facing including new business development, marketing and sales, consulting and serving as the executive administrator to the firm’s partners.  The past seven years she has worked exclusively in the dental industry.   She is an avid sports fan, loves to travel and to spend time with her family.

Jennifer Padilla - Client Service Specialist

Jennifer Padilla has over a decade of experience assisting clients in the financial industry, and she is particularly experienced in the banking industry. Originally from California, she is a Georgia girl at heart. She lives in Cumming, GA with her husband and two daughters. She is a military spouse and has a passion for helping military families and Veterans. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, gardening, crafting, or out in nature with her dog.
