Every doctor is welcomed to a Complimentary Consultation Call with one of our Financial Freedom Consultants.  Whether in doctorate school, in residency, in an associateship position, or in ownership of a practice, we are committed to educating and serving the white coat community every possible chance we get.

  • As a potential new client, you’re invited to share your most recent tax returns and any other basic financial documents you wish in advance of your call along with a summary of your desires/concerns to discuss.


  • You’re encouraged to have your spouse or partner on the call.


  • During this meeting, you can ask us anything you’d like as we explore with you where you are in life and what your goals and dreams are.

What to expect from an Introductory Consult Call

  • If you have ever met with a “financial advisor” or “financial planner,” this will likely be the complete opposite of a meeting like that. You will receive a full-day, in-person, private planning session devoted entirely to your unique financial life. It can be an intensive and exhausting day as we do a deep dive into everything about your business & personal finances, culminating in a visual whiteboarding of the 10 Year Plan of your financial life where you see what it will take, when debts are paid off, when big moves have to be made, and understanding how to deploy your resources in the way to serve you and your goals.


  • We charge a flat fee for annual service so we can tell you the truth about how money works as unbiased consultants with no vested interest to sell you any financial products. Sometimes that may involve unconventional financial thinking. We spend a lot of time on education and actual math, but we also forecast what will be needed in your dental business as the financial engine to make it all happen.


  • Your spouse attending and participating in the meeting is crucial. At the beginning of each Planning Day session, we ask you and your spouse to each write down your top three financial goals, how you would describe your current vision of “retirement,” your number one long term financial priority, what hurdles you see today prohibiting you from accomplishing your goals, and what’s your most ideal outcome for that day’s meeting. Providing complete financial clarity to your spouse is mission-critical to having the support to grow your business as the financial engine to building the life you want as a family.

We take a financial inventory of your life and establish your current Net Worth with complete clarity

  • You will learn how to build, maintain, protect, & grow your Net Worth by implementing consistent, healthy financial habits. 
  • You will learn how to properly track business & take-home margin. 
  • You will learn proper cash flow management systems for your business & personal finances. 
  • You will learn how to utilize debt amortization calculators and become debt-free. 
  • You will receive a custom online Financial Dashboard to track your Net Worth.
  • You will receive Action Items to complete in order to move you toward the goals you set, and we are on retainer to you for a year to help implementation.
